Forex Adjustments:

• All quotes are subject to rate of exchange fluctuations. Full payment secures your rate. We therefore do advise clients to try and settle the full amount upfront to avoid any further increases due to rate of exchange fluctuations. Should clients decide to only settle the deposit for now, please call or email us to get an updated invoice before making balance of payment - as it will still be subject to change due to rate of exchange fluctuations on the full amount of the booking.

Terms & Conditions:

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from your return date to South Africa and must have at least 3 blank pages.
• Please note that obtaining the necessary visas is the sole responsibility of the client and any associated costs are to be borne by the traveller. 
• Sports tickets are non-refundable from time of purchase and will only be issued within the week of the event. No name changes allowed. Normal terms and conditions apply to all other services quoted.
• Travelling with children: All Children under the age of 18 must travel with an unabridged birth certificate together with their valid passport.
• Packages are subject to availability at the time of the reservation. Availability can change at any given time. It is therefore advisable to book and pay as soon as possible to secure availability and pricing.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to airfare increases and currency fluctuations until such time as full payment has been made.
• Long weekend and school holiday package price surcharges may apply.
• Standard hotel check-in time is usually from 2pm, however this can differ at various hotels.
• Recommended check-in time for all regional and international flights is a minimum of 3 hours prior to departure.
